Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have the opportunity to return the goods for a refund, please see the details below. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the goods back and you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it can take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for returning goods to us at your own expense.
Terms and Conditions Regarding Returns:
- Customers can make returns of up to 15% of the quantity of their entire order to account for an over estimation in offcuts and waste.
- Customers will have 30 days to return goods for a refund.
- Goods returned within this time frame and within 15% of the order quantity will not carry a restocking charge.
- If you have placed your order online you will have 14 days to return any unwanted goods for a full refund.
- All goods returned must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and sign for the goods as damaged and get in contact with us to organise a refund/replacement.
- Please be aware that you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue before the refund/replacement can be processed.
- If your order arrives and nobody is home te receive it you will be liable to pay for the neccesary second delivery charge to get your order re-delivered.
In Store Purchases
We will not accept the cancellation of orders made in store. At the discretion of Wood Floor Store we will accept returns within 15% of the order quantity to account for an over estimation of offcuts and wastage.
