At Tile Super Store we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the Republic of Ireland, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We currently provide standard shipping throughout the Republic of Ireland. Please see our price list and estimated time frame for deliveries:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This involves order verification, quality check, picking and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. If orders are placed before 11am they are generally processed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11am may take up to 24 hours to be processed and dispatched.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Once an order has been processed and dispatched before 11am it generally arrives next working day. If an order is processed and dispatched after 11am it generally arrives in 2-3 business days. These times are subject to change and deliveries can take longer from time to time.
Notes for Customers:
- We would ask that you provide all the required details needed for delivery. i.e. a contact number, full address with Eircode and provide notes for delivery if you have any requests.
- Deliveries will be dropped to the shipping address provided at checkout. If this needs to be changed please contact us by email ASAP so we can change the shipping address for you.
- Please be aware that orders will NOT be delivered inside the premises.
- We are unable to provide a time of arrival until the day of delivery. If you would like to receive an update for this, please contact us by email or phone on the day of scheduled delivery, at which point we will do our best to provide you an estimated time of arrival.
It is important to note that for certain Pergo Brand items there may be a two week lead time. All customers will be notified of the delayed shipping time if there Pergo order has been affected by this.
